Submission Terms
These terms govern material submitted for possible publication unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Submitting material does not guarantee publication, payment, assignment, or continued account access. Accepted unpaid submissions are assigned under the contributor terms so the publication can edit, archive, distribute, monetize, defend, and maintain the public file.
Original workThe submitter must have created the material or have sufficient written rights to submit and assign it for publication.Editorial controlEditors may verify, edit, headline, crop, excerpt, reject, delay, correct, remove, or update submitted material.Unpaid by defaultCurrent public submissions are unpaid unless a separate written paid, royalty, commission, or work-for-hire agreement is approved before publication.No illegal materialDo not submit stolen, confidential, defamatory, invasive, restricted, or unlawfully obtained material through public intake.
